Further photovoltaic farms are being built in the Polish Biogas Group
In 2020/2021, the PGB group commissioned the first 2 photovoltaic installations with a total capacity of 1,452 kWp.

The farms already in operation are located close to previously commissioned and operated biogas plants. A further three plants will be commissioned by mid-2022. When completed, the total installed capacity of all 5 PV plants will be: 2,026 kWp. Two of the facilities in operation are located in the Mazowieckie Voivodeship and one in the Podlaskie Voivodeship.
The photovoltaic farm in Zawady with a capacity of 792 kWp was built in 2020/2021. The installation was based on 330 kWp panels. It consists of 2400 monocrystalline panels, 6 inverters of 100 kW each, a transformer station, a weather station, a SCADA system and a CCTV monitoring system.
The 660 kWp installation in Tończa was built in 2020. The farm consists of 2,000 monocrystalline panels and, like the previous one, 5 inverters of 100 kW each, a transformer station, a weather station, a SCADA system and a CCTV monitoring system.
In the middle of 2022, the Polish Biogas Group plans to launch installations in the next locations. These will be Krypno Wielkie and Stary Kornin in the Podlaskie Voivodeship and Gorajec in the Podkarpackie Voivodeship. The planned capacity of each installation is 150-240 kWp.
