Materiality matrix

As part of the work on Reo.pl Sp. z o.o.'s ESG strategy, a survey was prepared to assess the relevance of selected sustainability-related activities. These activities were developed in relation to the UN Sustainable Development Goals. The survey was completed by both representatives of the Board of Directors and other stakeholders, i.e. Reo.pl's employees. Of these 17 Goals, Reo.pl selected 7 that most closely match the nature of the company's operations and its values and directions.

The UN Sustainable Development Goals are 17 global guidelines for action on sustainable development, covering economic, social and environmental areas. As a Reo.pl company, we have selected 7 key goals that are or will be the foundation of our strategy in the areas of: environment, society and corporate governance

The following graphic shows the relevance matrix, which illustrates how each issue was rated on a scale of 1 to 5.

The ratings are shown relative to two axes:

  • Vertical axis (Y– the perspective of stakeholders (employees)
  • Horizontal axis (X)– the perspective of the Board of Directors

    The colors of the scores correspond to the three ESG areas:

  • Green – Environment
  • Orange – Society
  • Blue – Corporate Governance


  • Based on the average scores of the Board of Directors (4.30) and stakeholders (4.47), auxiliary axes were determined that divide the matrix into four quadrants. The issues in the upper right quadrant were considered the most important, as they received high ratings from both stakeholders and the Board of Directors.

    The following is a list of key activities that, according to the survey results, were considered most important from the perspective of sustainable development of our company. The materiality matrix, which has been developed, will be an important element of the ESG strategy being built and will help us set priorities for the coming years - according to what is really important to our company!
