The personal data controller is responsible for the use of personal data in a safe manner, consistent with the purposes for which they were collected and in accordance with applicable law. We use the acquired personal data only for specific, legitimate purposes for which the data were collected. - taking steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract - preparation of the offer - pursuant to Art. 6(1)(b) of the Regulation; the data are stored for the period necessary to perform, terminate or expire the contract and for the period after which any claims are time-barred;

In the event of an effective objection to the use of his or her personal data by the data subject, the Personal Data Controller will no longer process such data for the purpose of direct marketing;
- sending information about new product solutions by electronic means - pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) of the Regulation - "consent of the data subject"; the data are stored until the data subject withdraws his/her consent for further processing of data for marketing purposes;
- sending Newsletter by electronic means - pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) of the Regulation - "consent of the data subject"; the data are stored until the data subject withdraws his/her consent for further processing of data.
Personal data are collected from you when you set up a participant's account, i.e.:
- name, surname, REGON, NIP (tax identification number), entity name, e-mail address, phone number
- strictly technical information, i.e. IP address, technical information about the web browser (type, version, operating system), method of collecting information using cookies.
On the website www.reo.pl, we use cookies or similar technologies to provide access to the Website, adapt the content of the website to your preferences, and to optimise the use of this website.

In order to implement the Agreement and ensure the proper functioning of the parties, the Personal Data Controller uses services provided by external entities cooperating with the Controller, i.e. post office, couriers, entities providing services requiring access to personal data, including legal, financial, accounting, and IT services, and entities authorised by the law. Personal data are transferred to external entities only when and to the extent necessary to achieve the purpose of processing. Personal data provided may be used by external entities only for the purpose of performing the task commissioned by the Personal Data Controller.
The legal basis for processing with regard to data transferred within the PGB Group for internal administrative purposes is Art. 6(1)(f) - processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the Controller.

The processing of personal data does not require consent if, among others, processing is necessary for the performance of the Agreement or taking steps prior to entering into a contract, if it results from the legal obligation incumbent on the Controller, or if it is necessary for the implementation of the Controller’s legitimate interest.
If consent is necessary to process personal data for a specific purpose, the Controller asks for such consent. You can withdraw your consent at any time.
In the event of withdrawal of consent, the data will no longer be processed to the extent that the consent was granted, but the withdrawal of consent will not affect the lawfulness of the processing which was carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal. Pursuant to the principles set out in the General Data Protection Regulation, the data subject also has the right to request the Personal Data Controller to access, rectify, delete data or to limit their processing, the right to object to processing, as well as the right to transfer data.
If personal data are processed for the purpose of direct marketing, you can object to the processing of such data for marketing purposes at any time.
In order to exercise the aforementioned rights, an application must be submitted to the Personal Data Controller by e-mail or by letter to the contact address of the Personal Data Controller provided at the beginning.
The data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority if he or she believes that his or her personal data are processed unlawfully.
Provision of your personal data on our website is voluntary, but it determines the Controller’s possibility of taking steps to achieve the purpose for which this website was created.
In the course of processing your personal data on the website, there is no automated decision-making within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR, as well as there is no profiling within the meaning of Art. 4(4) GDPR.
